Portland Rain Women's Soccer has partnered with the Oregon Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program in order to provide a vertically integrated player development program that is dedicated to female players in Oregon. This partnership will allow players to begin their involvement with the Rain at the U12 age group and continue with the organization through high school, colllege, and into their adult lives.

This partnership is the the first of its kind in women's soccer. The ability to provide the female player with a consistent and developmentally appropriate curriculum will allow the staff to provide a challenging yet comfortable environment for the players.
